We understand that each of our clients’ needs are unique, and we believe our services should reflect that too. We are happy to offer a bespoke full-service package that is tailored to your specific requirements.
We work in five phases, and our flexible full-service offering means you can use us from start to finish or choose whichever consecutive steps of your design project you'd like our help with.
These five phases are:
1 - Schematic Design: Using base plans and space planning, we come up with a preliminary design for your space. Includes review meetings and a site visit by our architectural technologist.
2 - Design Development and Material Selections: We make material selections based on your chosen concept from lighting to floor type. All within your budget, lifestyle, and aesthetic in mind.
3 - Pricing / Estimating: We obtain quotes from several of our top suppliers and present you with options.
4 - Purchasing / Contract Administration: We manage the purchasing of materials and the relationship with suppliers, including troubleshooting any issues with merchandise and final product.
5 - Design Implementation: We are on site regularly so you can rest easy knowing your project is in good hands. We coordinate installations, troubleshoot any on-site issues, and keep you informed - always acting as your advocate.
