“Kim provided a new approach to the space planning of my new home from a builder’s original layout and footprint. She took the builder’s plans and changed them to a design that better suited my taste and lifestyle. Kim was persistent in ensuring her open concept designs were followed by the builder. She removed the majority of interior walls which originally had all rooms as separate spaces. She added larger windows, turned a deck into an additional interior space, punched out a dining space on the side, and built in that elusive “wow factor” in my home. Whenever I have guests over, their eyes light up and I always feel very lucky to call this space my home. I have even had offers on my house because of the incredible open concept interior design and outstanding landscape design that Kim created.
Kim was always on time and on top of every detail - there were no delays, and if something didn’t work she was there to rectify the issue. She is a perfectionist in her work, always pleasant to work with and extremely precise.

“We had the pleasure of working with Kim Teron Design Studios in 2017 when my husband and I renovated our new home. It was our first experience going through a major renovation, and it turned out beautifully! We owe much of that success to Kim’s expertise and attention to detail. She was with us for our kitchen design and renovation. The space was completely transformed, which created many challenges along the way regarding spacing, sizing, plumbing, electrical, etc. I was constantly reassured when she would see an issue before it happened.
